Malek is a superb salesman. Knows the cars and their features. Not pushy. Proceeds at just the right pace. Explained all the costs upfront so there was no surprises. Even after I left the dealership features. Not pushy. Proceeds at just the right pace. Explained all the costs upfront so there was no surprises. Even after I left the dealership with the car, he responded to my inquiries over the phone. Shaun graciously welcomed me to the dealership and set me up with Malek. He then processed the financial part of the sale in a highly professional manner, answering my questions so all was well understood. Thanks for a great experience to both! More

We went in for a routine service, ended up having to get our windshield and a piece of molding on truck replaced. Nick did an awesome job helping us get what we needed and also called several times to follo our windshield and a piece of molding on truck replaced. We traded in our 2004 low-mileage Toyota van for a new 2012. At first they offered only $2,000 for our 2004 van on trade and finally they upped it to $6,000 which we accepted. Then four months later I get 2012. At first they offered only $2,000 for our 2004 van on trade and finally they upped it to $6,000 which we accepted. Then four months later I get a notice in the mail signed by Ray Reilly, General Manager saying they would pay me $8,500 for the 2004 van. This notice was sent from their records of service I had done on the van, replacing the antennae. I was outraged that they would now offer $8,500 for a vehicle that we had a hard time getting them to give us $6,000 for. I went into the dealership and Ray Reilly was out of town. I was told the offer was based on a low-mileage, excellent condition vehicle. Our vehicle was low mileage and in great condition. In fact, I liked that van better than our 2012. I am very upset at 1. them spamming me with junk mail after we already traded the van in. 2. offering $2,500 more than they actually gave us. 3. Spamming us with junk mail making an offer they were not prepared to live up to. More
this was a great buying experience. My husband was out of country and the dealership work with he and I, so that I could purchase the car in his absence. It was a very friendly atmosphere, and I don't think country and the dealership work with he and I, so that I could purchase the car in his absence. It was a very friendly atmosphere, and I don't think I would have been treated as well elsewhere. More

Michael took extra time with us & let us drive the different models. He went to his manger, Jeff, and helped set the deal for us to purchase my beautiful red Rave4. I wanted it from the beginning but didn't think we would be able to get it. Michael & Jeff made that happen. Ken was with us from the beginning of all the paperwork & explained all the steps we were doing. He explained all the bells & whistles. He was with us until we drove it off the lot. What great service from all the team at Liberty Toyota! Top ratings for all of them. More
I came into the store for an oil change on my old car and met Jamie Norman. I have to say she is just the BEST, don't lose her as an employee. She deserves a raise... I then went snooping in the show roo met Jamie Norman. I have to say she is just the BEST, don't lose her as an employee. She deserves a raise... I then went snooping in the show room and fell in love with the new 4 Runner. Needles to say, I ran into JC, who was great and then Justin Lombardi, also Great. Wasn't long before I was sitting in front of Jeff Matting. Jeff was great to work with also. All in all it was a very painless experience. Thank You, Thank You... I'm a new and going to be a loyal customer for sure. Carol M. Shumaker More
I have always rated trading cars as being akin to taking a dose of castor oil (and if you have never done that, with or without, orange juice)then you are surely from the younger generation! Fully armed and a dose of castor oil (and if you have never done that, with or without, orange juice)then you are surely from the younger generation! Fully armed and prepared to do battle, I approached my meeting with Ken Rugerra with reluctance, even though he had initiated the relationship through a prompt phone call following an online inquiry, and our conversation went well into the 45 minute range. I could not have been more pleased when the initial meeting proved to be a far more pleasant experience than one could have ever hoped for. Ken had the foresight to capture a brand new RAV4 right off the delivery truck and hold it for my inspection, the criteria matching exactly what I wanted. I laid out my "battle plan" in detail and through a three-hour negotiation, Ken fought the battle on my behalf. I was perfectly candid with Ken and he, in turn, was surprisingly honest and straightforward with me. The result was that I walked out with a brand new, only 10 miles on the odometer, carefully explained and demonstrated RAV4, an extended service plan that exactly suited my needs, and an overwhelming feeling of satisfaction that has not wavered since. All thanks to Ken! I might add that Mike Harrington showed up early-on in the negotiations and was extremely helpful and cooperative. I also enjoyed learning what options are available for my car and that the price would not change in the future. I have since decided on acquiring a few of these options. At no time was I pressured or lied to, an all-too-frequent occurrence in the car trading industry. I left with a calm feeling of satisfaction and it has not wavered one bit in the interim. I wish I could say the same for a couple of my friends who did not experience the same sense of satisfaction and are now sworn enemies-for-life. I have to thank Ken for leading the journey of mind-changing transactions and satisfactory service up to, and including, when I thought I had forgotten and left my handicapped plates on my traded-in RAV4. I went back to the dealership, asked about them and Ken met me at the reception desk to tell me that he had already removed them and that they were in the back of my new automobile! Now how is that for completeness of details? Don't you dare even think of making Ken a "car salesman"! Who he is and what he does is so much more than anyone can ever teach and as far as I am concerned, he is the greatest asset at your dealership. Toyota speaks for itself, but you would be far better off if you could "clone" Ken Ruggera! More
