Paul was very polite and explained several features of the car to me that I was not aware of. He did a great job in trying to get me the best deal, and even though he was busy with several customers I ne the car to me that I was not aware of. Everyone I met at Toyota was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Befre I came in I thought I knew what I wanted. I had visited all the dealerships on the northside of town. When they didn't have it, they haustled and got me the car I needed (4 doors) at the right price. Or close to the right price. I have had 2 previous Toyotas and I liked them. Thank you. More

I will admit to feeling some pressure to increase my offer for the vehicle but that is part of the negotiation process. Cindy was very responsive via email and phone when we doing the intial discussions and she made the extra effort to come in on her day off to work with me. She helped me with multiple test drives so I could make a good decision on what vehicle to purchase. I particularly appreciated the honesty and straigthforwardness of the finance manager during the closing process wrt warranties, legal documents, etc. The only thing I think could be improved is how information on the new vehicle is presented when delivery occurs. We were all really tired by the time we got to this phase of things and it was hard for us to absorb all of the details about how the navigation system and other features of this vehicle worked (it has a lot of features!) It might be good for Toyota to put this all on a DVD that we can review at our leasure. More
This was a routine service call. Workers were friendly, helpful, and efficient. Customer waiting area was comfortable, though coffee machine wasn't working (OK, I survived). Having more than 20 years of prior experience in management and customer service, I really appreciated my overalll experience at Liberty Toyota. Nathan Clark, the salesperson, treated more like a fr management and customer service, I really appreciated my overalll experience at Liberty Toyota. Nathan Clark, the salesperson, treated more like a friend or relative rather than a customer right off the street. His knowledge and expertise, along with his great personality, convinced me to purchase a new, rather than used, vehicle. Nathan was definitely the difference. He was very frank and honest. As for the financial side of it, Jeff didn't make me feel overwhelmed or like I was signing my life away. His explanations of the various paperwork that had to be signed was clear and concise. He too has a great personality, for his side of the business. Often when dealing with that amount of paperwork one can feel easily intimidated by the task itself. With Jeff however, the process went smoothly. He also kept me as ease with his funny demeanor. Lastly, the 0% financing for 5 years made the price worth it. Thank you again Liberty Toyota for an outstanding experience. More
As I wrote in a shorter review; I was impressed by the team work of all of the employees. After purchasing the Venza we bought a few parts from the parts department where the employees were extremely hel team work of all of the employees. You have to be very, very good to get a "great" rating. I am just a tough grader. (The Broadmoor experience might be an idea of a "great" rating.) Nathan Clark was a very good contact and helped us understand all the aspects of the used car we purchased. His product knowledge was extensive and important to me. All in all, this was a very positive experience. There were a couple drawbacks, however. I still do not understand why I had to purchase the VTR package. And I will never comprehend the $399 addition for dealer handling and extra profit. No other retail outlet, apart from car dealers, put that into their sale. Imagine if that kind of addition was on your basic Wal-mart receipt? You'd soon be a Safeway shopper for sure. Finally, there was a 50+ minute delay after we concluded the sale to get in to see the finance fellow to wrap up the paperwork. Not sure why there was such a delay? And I am continually amazed at the forms and paperwork it takes to just get a car. Too many rules and regulations for sure. More
