The reason why I gave the Overall Experience good is I was disappointed in that the 2005 Toyota Tacoma that I purchased did not come with a owner's manual. I was truly impressed with my visit. I rarely see this type of customer service. I work in the health care industry, where customer service is critical every day. So, I am very tuned into when I see great customer service. The tech who waved me into the service bay. Waited for me to get out of my car, told me someone would be right with me. Less than one minute a service tech was helping me with my car. I had a recall notice and the service tech was excellent. He went over several things on my car. Offered a great deal on oil changes. He even talked to me about having my head light covers buffed out and mentioned I was probably lossing 50% visablility at night. That was an eye opener. I will have my lens redone at this shop. We talked about a few other things wrong with my car and he told me he would have the price quotes when I returned and he did. The shuttle service was excellent took me back to work and I called and they came back to get me to retrieve my car. The waiting area is top notch. You offer sodas, water, muffins and popcorn to waiting guests, this is a great perk. I will most definitely come back to Liberty Toyota in the future. If the sales team is as good as the service team, this dealership will be around for a long time. Thank you again, Gary Hill More

Scott was extremely helpful and suggested that I could ask for him for my future auto maintenance needs so that I would only have to deal with one person. That is what I've always looked for but have not ask for him for my future auto maintenance needs so that I would only have to deal with one person. That is what I've always looked for but have not been able to find until now. That way I'm working with someone who is familiar with my car and the way I want it taken care of. Also I would suggest that all the maintenance service reps provide an estimate for future needs like Scott did. He told me what I would need for my 60,000 mile checkup and the approximate cost. This way I'm not blindsided when that time comes and I can save up for it. More
Right from the start, when I drove the car in for service, I was met by Mike Tomollan eho got me checked in quickly. He explained they would do a diagnostic test to identify the problem. Once problem was located, the work was done and he saved us significant money. Other systems were checked for their efficiency and Mike called and explained the preventive measures to be taken to keep the car running more efficiently. We had the flushes done on the other systems. I felt like everything was explained clearly to me and the why of doing certain things. He was interested in saving us money as well as saving us money in the future by highly recommending the preventive flushes. Overall, very personable, honest, not trying to rip us off and the work was done in a timely manner. I was pleasantly surprised that the day I called, I was able to get an appointment, the car looked at and the work was begun. Your courtesy shuttled worked very well for me. The driver was very pleasant and I had the same person take me home that day and pick me up the next. I feel like Toyota can be trusted, work ethics are high, customer service is top notch and the time waiting for work to be done was superb. Keep up the good work! More
Timely, friendly, and efficient. When I expressed curiosity about why there were 10 miles on the car while in service, I received an immediate call back with a reasonable explanation. As with most dealerships, I think prices are higher than in the competitive market, but in this case I was willing to accept that (e.g.: I also looked at getting a trailer hitch at the dealer. Toyota wants almost $700 for a Class 3 trailer hitch; comparable hitch installed with wiring elsewhere is $300 - $350). I don't know how much I would have saved on the clear bra and body side molding, but suspect I could have done better than $580. Overall, this dealership is very nice, with excellent customer service. More

Our work with the sales people was professional and we were treated with great respect. Our only disappointment concerned the policy of adding a very large premium cost to the MSRP for the dealer to take were treated with great respect. Our only disappointment concerned the policy of adding a very large premium cost to the MSRP for the dealer to take advantage of the shortage of Prius models due to the current difficulties in Japan. Doing so at the expense of a loyal customer seems to border on the unethical. More
