My wait was long to complete the deal because you had a good sales day and there were only two financial consultants. James checked in with my periodically, explained what was causing the delay, and kept me appraised of progress. He used the time to go thru the owners manual with me. Very pleased with all aspects of James service. Sean, and I wish I could remember his last name, was also personable and efficient. Since my deal was cash, we got thru very quickly. Finally, I am a veteran. I was happy to deal with other vets like James and Sean. We were all Infantry, and that was another positive for me. I especially like businesses that employ vets. More

The car was 4 years old, was beginning to show some wear, and the screen, navigation system, etc. had died - too expensive for us to replace. So, we decided to check on the Toyota buy-back program. Steve made the experience quick, easy, informative, and financially acceptable. We plan on buying a new Prius when next year's models are available. Also, in the service department, we have always been very pleased to work with Paul Reid. He is very comfortable to talk with, helpful, honest, straight forward, knowledgeable, and is a very nice person. He discusses options with us when work needs to be done and definitely knows his business. More

He was very instructive about the safety features of the RAV4 and answered all our questions completely and honestly. Nate handled the actual purchase and was very efficient in finding the vehicle we wanted and getting the paperwork in order. We still have some additional add on items to install when then are received, but after less than an hour we completed the sale. Can't get much better! More

Went to 2 Larry H. Miller Toyota dealerships. First on the Woodmen/Powers Superstore - did not have a good experience at this store - lots of sales tactics and delays - wasted a lot of time. Second, went to 1323 Motor City drive - had a lot better experience. Closed a deal in about 2 hours - did not have to wait for long delays between Salesperson and Finance. Car was delivered at the time promised - Functions, controls, car's abilities, etc. explained well enough to get the basic idea. The only negative comment is that the Salesperson never called us back (he said he will call in few days after purchase to make sure everything was okay). Finance Officer was pleasant and helpful. I would have liked to know for sure that my recall work was not necessary due to the circuit board not being in the defective "lot" sequence - I was told it wasn't cracked, but that doesn't indicate to me that it won't crack in the future. Per the recall letter, the part needed to be checked against a "lot" number that had been shown to be defective. I always loved the free car wash. All in all, great customer service! More
