I came to Liberty because it is on the Costco program. I love the facility; I was given a tour by Paul, my contact. There was no rush or pressure during the process. Nathan, my original contact, ultimately delivered my car to me, going over the final product; he had a full schedule of appointments on the day I needed to come in originally. My least favorite was Finance; even though I understand Jeff was doing his job, I felt a bit pressured to get the extended warranty, which I did not get; I might, or not, regret that; just could not afford it. Mike Mcgee did a great job of handling my problem. He explained exactly what has been the cause and the course of action needed for the repair.
