Our 2011 RAV4 had a whine in the drive train ever since we purchased it. When I took it in for service (oil change) I mentioned the whine at a steady forty miles per hour to Fred Olson and he took the car we purchased it. When I took it in for service (oil change) I mentioned the whine at a steady forty miles per hour to Fred Olson and he took the car out for a test drive along with technician Chad but said they could not hear the whine. I took the car out for a test drive along with Chad and he said he could hear the whine at forty miles per hour. Chad said he would put the car on the rack to determine exactly where the noise was coming from. Fred called me and said Toyota had agreed to put in a new transmission. The whine is gone and my wife and I are extremely happy with our RAV4 and very pleased with the service at Liberty Toyota. More

Great buying experience as my last one from Chevrolet was not as smooth. Dealership was experiencing computer issues while we were trying to complete the purchase which was a bit frustrating on both sides. not as smooth. Twenty-three years and five Toyotas later, we're still committed to the brand, the service and the longevity factor that comes with these vehicles. While spending $2000 on our 2002 Camry was not necessarily what we had budgeted, we reazlied that we had not had any major repairs/work done on that car for five years - so prorated, it wasn't quite as alarming. I enjoyed my experience working with Nathan Clark. He was professional, honest, communicated well, knowledgeable, neatly dressed and friendly. I asked numerous questions and he answered them all or if he did not know the answer he followed up and obtained the answer. I had driven numerous vehicles and he spent a lot of time with me. I appreciated this he seemed to really care about me and my needs. Overall, he showed a strong desire to make sure I understood the different choices available and the option that come with different vehicles. He spent a lot of time with me. During the portion of the day when I was conducting negotiations he started to help another saleperson who was new. So he had us waiting while assisting me. This was not a problem because he explained this and always checked in to provide assurance where he was in the process. I have been in other dealerships and the part of the process that makes me leave is when I have to wait during this portion of the sale and not being told why it took so long or being kept informed. This was not the case with Nathan. The only portion of the process that made me a little irritated was the wait to see the finance manager (Sean Williams. This was a long wait initially I was told around noon I was the next in. I did not see him until around 3pm. This was not Nathan's fault and once I met Sean Williams he was friendly and professional I just did not care for the long wait. Overall I enjoyed my experience with Nathan and would highly recommend him to friends and family he is an asset to your dealership. Thank you John J. Gomes More
this was the easiest and most friendly experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. Mike was extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the vehicle. i purchased through the Costco program. there was n ever had buying a vehicle.
