I have been a customer of this dealer for more than 8 years. The service department has always been exceptional. I went there yesterday with no intention of changing my vehicle. I was introduced to Kenne years. The service department has always been exceptional. I went there yesterday with no intention of changing my vehicle. I was introduced to Kenneth Ruggers, salesperson, who took the time to listen to my reasons for not needing a new car at this time. I was driving a 2010 RAV4 on lease until October, when I planned to purchase the car. Ken walked me through the process of securing a new vehicle, presenting the benefits, while dispelling any possible negatives. I ended up turning in the RAV4 and leasing a new Highlander. His presentation was the determining factor. This is my sixth consecutive Toyota purchase, and I have never been as pleased with a transaction. I will continue to have both of my Toyota vehicles serviced at Liberty, and will be happy to discuss this purchasing experience with friends and family.
