My wife and I had a great buying experience at LHM Liberty Toyota, working with the awesome team of Sales, Finance and Management people. We worked with two sales people (Alfred and Craig) they are two very nice people to talk to. We wanted the Tacoma 4x4 sport, in super white. They did not try and sell us something else; instead they found us the truck we were looking for. We were surprise, thought it would take a few weeks. Next step was starting the negotiations on the price. Craig works with us, he listened to are offer, we considered his, we made a counter offer and I believe we worked out a fair price. We took deliver the next day and worked with Alfred and the general manager Mr. Ray Reilly on trading in our old truck. Again I think we received fair trade in price for our old truck. With the money we saved on the complete deal we were able to purchase some accessories for the new Tacoma. Working with the accessories manger Shawn made this process very easy. To finalize car buying experience we worked with Jeff in finance to close the deal. Working with Jeff was just like the rest of the team, they were all outstanding and very easy to talk to. Would we recommend purchasing a car from LHM Liberty Toyota? Answer; YES More

From the manufacture's perspective, the Sequioa was beautiful and the workmanship out of the factory was fabulous. Friendliness - This Toyota store has always been a friendly business. Always met at the door and always offered a cup of coffee. Doesn't get any better than that!!! Overall Experience - This is the fourth vehicle I have bought from this store. I would say that speaks volumes for this Larry H. Miller Liberty Toyota Superstore. Price - I used the USAA buyer service and the vehicle was priced to meet my expectations - a great deal!!!! Alfred was great to work with. Very friendly. Knew where all the cars were, and very importantly...HE LISTENED TO ME! I visited at least a dozen dealers over the course of a week (Honda, VW, Audi, BMW, Toyota, Hyundai), and Alfred was one of the two best sales staff I worked with. (The other was an Audi sales consultant. And when you're looking at spending $60K or more, they SHOULD be great to work with.) I was in a hurry to buy a car, and y'all had what I was looking for, but you also had an exceptional sales consultant in Alfred. Don't know if I got the BEST price -- I assume I could've done better with a broker, for instance -- but it was competitive, and the staff was great. The overall service was fast, friendly, and efficient. Joel was upfront on the potential time frame for the service and was able to come in under it. He was friendly, helpful, and attentive.
