Friendliness and courteousness of staff. However, it seemed to be a long wait of 2 hours-since I was the first car there in the AM for a 5000 mile service-perhaps I am expecting too much; and actually h seemed to be a long wait of 2 hours-since I was the first car there in the AM for a 5000 mile service-perhaps I am expecting too much; and actually had to wait further as the Scott forgot to notate some difficulties with the driver's door , leading to a seemingly cursory remark that indicated that Scott was not sure why it was making the noises described, though relieving the sound by some kind of minor manipulation of the door frame concurrently advising me that the problem could return since he was unsure of the reason for the creaking of the door-a rather unsatisfactory response considering the fact that this was a recently purchased new car and I have had nothing but complete and total satisfaction for years in FL. with Toyota products. First time we visited Liberty Toyota, April 4, 2011 we were approached by a salesman,Spike. We were given some information, some correct, some incorrect. We asked him for a card, he never asked us for our name or contact phone number. When we returned a couple days later, we asked for him, and no one seemed to know who he was. John Rosenbaum approached us, game us some facts, and we test drove a red Corolla S. We were told a white vehicle, which we were interested in, would be coming in within a few days, and we would get a call when it arrived. Both John & mgr. phoned us with a follow up the following day. We called to find out if the car had arrived, and were told it had. Went to look at vehicle, just before closing the evening of April 11, and Gil Archuleta offered to help us out, being John had already left for the day. Gil was exceptionally helpful. My husband left a VM on John's cell phone, but no reply. Went back to Liberty after wk. on April 12. Gil spent a lot of time with us, very knowledgable, friendly, and didn't rush us. We arrived at 5:30p.m., Gil was scheduled to leave at 6:00p.m., but stayed to complete the sale. We bought the Corolla S model, and left the showroom approximately 8:30p.m. Gil was extremely professional, and is a credit to your company. Over the years we have purchased 9 Toyota cars & trucks. I found this dealership very competent and easy to deal with. I worked with 5 other dealerships, none of whom could match the deal that Liberty offered us. I met Bob Matthews and Jeremiah Swartz through their eCommerce department. As Bob had our home phone number, he was unable to contact us on our trip down from Longmont to the Springs and we arrived to eCommerce department. I wanted to let you know that when I got in my van and started driving, I was impressed right away! I said "Wow" the steering wheel drives so somoothly and there is no noise. I could tell right away the difference. So far there is no change and I hope that power steering flush took care of the problem, at least for a good while. I was very satisfied with the service department, but not with the sales and finance department. The sales department was very very slow. In addition the finance department did not do a good job. I have a ca with the sales and finance department. The sales department was very very slow. In addition the finance department did not do a good job. I have a camry which requires synthetic oil. When I closed on my car, they recommended that I purchase their service plan. I gladly did only to find out that I was sold a service plan for regular oil and have to pay the difference for synthetic oil every time. I was quite disappointed, and met with the finance department to help correct the mistake. They were nice and seemed to help and infact said they would call me the next day with the new information. It has now been three days and no call. They were happy to get my money, but now seem to be very unhelpful. I would use the service department again, but would question ever using the sales and finance department in the future. More
