We were pleased with the speed of service and the ease of purchasing our RAV4. We haven't bought a car since 2001 so it's been over ten years and were surprised at how smoothly the process went. I would grind on the salesman and managers so hard that early on Ray would have to make the deal. Now all I do is give him aheads up call that I am comming in to buy and things are pretty easy. After we make a deal he hand me off to a regular sales person to complete the deal. The most recent salesman Paulwas very helpful closing the deal. We're also so happy with coming in for service when it's needed...we know that we can get the same service somewhere else and pay less for it but we have decided for the most part (with the exception that we get our tires with Discount Tires since we have been customers of theirs for 24 years) that we will continue servicing our cars with you. We love the atmosphere, the comfortable setting, the option for sitting and waiting for the car in an invironment that is so comfortable, inviting and even "fun" since I love popcorm so much! =) This last visit was extra good because Scott Fields was able to give me details about some parts of my car that no one else has ever been able to do--which I sooo appreciated! Little things which make my driving experience nicer simply because i know about them now. =) And, I like the idea that he is the "go to" person if I have any proplems with my car he told me to call him for whatever I might need which I also appreciate knowing. I purchased a new 2011 Venza through the USAA program. The purchase didn't go as smooth as it could have (took too long), but it got done. Nathan explained all the workings of the new Venza during the delivery and I learned some new things. I met with Ray during the delivery and we had a good discussion about the process of buying a car at Liberty. If this is a typical Toyota then I won't spend much time at the dealership until we buy another car in about 6-8 years.
