Wait time was a little slow - 3 hours for the first check- up. It was actually much faster when they did the work to repair a few days later. All the parts weren't ordered so I have to come back in f check- up. It was actually much faster when they did the work to repair a few days later. My wife and I have purchased three used vehicles from Larry H. Miller / Liberty Toyota since 1992 but this was our first new vehicle purchase. We had done some research and were pretty sure we wanted a Larry H. Miller / Liberty Toyota since 1992 but this was our first new vehicle purchase. We had done some research and were pretty sure we wanted a Toyota Venza. The availability of Venzas was very limited due to the production slow down in Japan caused by the quake. No Venzas were on the lot initially but two used Venzas did become available and we were able to test drive one. We decided on a 2011 model that was scheduled to arrive and placed a deposit. We used our auto insurance car buying service and got approximately $4,000 off the price. There was a slight mix-up on the delivery date but it was addresed and handled to our satisfaction. We have brought my 2004 Toyota Tacoma in to Liberty Toyota three times for maintenance. Each time it has been serviced, Gary has promptly called to explain what they found, what needs to be done to fi Toyota three times for maintenance. On only one occasion did the repair take over a few hours, and my wife and I were very satisfied with our experience there. We will continue to bring my Toyota to Gary whenever it needs work. Sean H. Scott Fields is the reason for my very positive rating of your dealership. I really have no idea about the quality of the work done (I had an oil change and a wheel alignment).
