I had a nail stuck in my tire and was able to come in to the service department on very short notice. The employee that helped me was Fred Olsen. When we planned to purchase a new 2011 4-Runner, it made sense to give your Liberty Dealership first shot at finding that right vehicle for us. We contacted out USAA car purchase representative provided us your USAA point of contacts...one being a Ms. Lisa Neighbors. We met with Lisa and she worked with me in finding that 'right' 4 Runner for our needs. Lisa was absolutely Excellent, no, she was SUPERB in her help! She went above and beyond and I really appreciated her patience with me and my husband answering the many questions we had. Lisa's explanations of the 2011 4-Runner features were thorough and she explained them in ways I could comprehend them. I would like to give kudos to the guys who sold me my Rav4, there was no high pressure sales, they worked really hard to get me into a vechical that I would l keep for a long time.
