Fred was very helpful in providing assistance to get additional clear coat for our new vehicle. Prior service we were able to get the clear coat for the hood and the front bumper. It's what I have come to expect from Toyota and i'm sure LHM goes beyond Toyota's guide lines, as I have had experience with other Toyota dealers around the country (always a very positive experience but none compare to LHM ).
