As I said in the first survey, Jacob met me at the car, showed me around the dealership, said it would be right about an hour for the oil change ~ and it was! The people I worked with with very nice, I needed my 15,000 mile service. It was my first time getting service on my used Tacoma, the service was great!! I will be back for my 20,000 mile service!!! Mike Mcgee did a great job of handling my problem. He explained exactly what has been the cause and the course of action needed for the repair. My service advisor, Paul, has takaen care of my needs for over 16 years. I have the ultimate trust in what he tells me needs to be done to my car, starting with the '86 Celica up to and including my '01 Sol over 16 years. I have the ultimate trust in what he tells me needs to be done to my car, starting with the '86 Celica up to and including my '01 Solara. The Celica has 213,000 miles on it when a young driver with two weeks behind the wheel turned left in fron of me. Paul kept that car in great running condition until it was wrecked.
