Quick Service I was coming home from a conference in Columbus when my tire pressure indicator started letting me know that my tire pressure was dangerously low. I s I was coming home from a conference in Columbus when my tire pressure indicator started letting me know that my tire pressure was dangerously low. I stopped at a gas station to check the tire pressure but it read what it was supposed to so I continued home. The indicator continued to show my tire pressure was dropping so I decided to stop in at the Service Department at Coughlin. They got me in without an appointment. They discovered that my sensors weren't reading the right tire and it was actually a different tire that was losing pressure. They corrected that issue and then looked at the tire itself to see what was wrong. They discovered a large piece of metal in the middle of my tire that I had picked up on the Columbus highways. They removed it and patched the hole. I am very grateful that they were able to help me on such short notice. More

I give the highest above highest rating for Coughlin of Circleville, Ohio. I purchased a used vehicle and a warranty from Coughlin in Nov. 2010. A year later,a very 'querky' thing went wrong with my veh Circleville, Ohio. I purchased a used vehicle and a warranty from Coughlin in Nov. 2010. A year later,a very 'querky' thing went wrong with my vehicle. I took the vehicle back to Coughlin for repair. After two weeks in the shop, we thought the problem was fixed. It was not. I took the vehicle back to the shop. The problem was a mystery. Ford (warranty) said that my vehicle was supposed to operate that way. Coughlin stood by me even when Ford Warranty tried to get out. The BBB would not even stand in support of the warranty against FORD. But Coughlin DID NOT give in. Coughlin DID STAND with me (even though they probably could have bailed out-THEY DID NOT!). The probelm (an actual problem)was finally located and fixed at NO expense to me (other than the original warranty deductable). A tremendous amount of man hours, several mechanics and Thousands of dollars of parts and labor went into fixing my vehicle. I believe with all my heart that NO other dealer in our area would have gone that far in taking care of my vehicle and in STANDING with me, especially when the BBB would not stand in support.
