Coughlin Chevrolet Buick GMC of Chillicothe - Service Center

This is the worst dealership I’ve been to. They sold me a truck knowing there was issues with the suspension and half shafts. Then when they said they fixed it they didn’t even tighten the suspension. We too truck knowing there was issues with the suspension and half shafts. Then when they said they fixed it they didn’t even tighten the suspension. We took it in three times to get speedometer recalibrated because it’s off by 5mph. There has been clunking noise from rear since we got it and I’ve said something twice and they don’t even try and fix that. Now there is a squeaky noise coming from wheel or engine. Hoped they would make things right and put us in a new truck but they low balled us on trade in value and tried to sell us truck at advertised price. The sad thing is our family was riding in a vehicle they knew could cause a wreck if the half shaft came loose, then they give it back with loose bolts putting us in more danger. Sad to see businesses being able to operate like this. More

The service department at Coughlins’s in Chillicothe at great. My car broke down Wednesday had it towed got it fixed the same day. Was driving it home by 6:00 that same day. Thank You great. Quick, Friendly, Fast Service Thanks to the freezing temperatures, I managed to detach one of my truck door handles from the door.
