At first, I thought this dealer was top notch. That changed when Jarrod gave me a new car estimate on a new Sorento and he didn't deliver. He told me that he would get the car I wanted from another dealer in Ohio at the agreed upon price. I now assume the price was an excuse to get me in the showroom because he contacted me and said he was having problems getting the car. I told him to just order it from Kia at the agreed price, but he ignored my request. I even offered a deposit sight unseen, but he ignored my request because his estimate was a bogus quote. I ended up buying the car at another dealer at a higher cost, but it was a pleasure dealing with an honest salesperson. More
