Yet Another All Star Service Appointment ! The appointment started out great and proceeded smoothly, efficiently, and pleasantly from there. Tom Dick, the Service Advisor greeted me warmly the moment I exited my car upon driving into the Service Department area. He had my car's paperwork in hand, so handing the vehicle over was quick and painless, and only required a brief confirmation of the work scheduled to be done and the fact that there were absolutely no questions or special issues requiring attention, I confirmed that I was going to wait for the service to be performed and Tom told me that he estimated the waiting time would require about an hour (which was a good estimate. With due consideration, Tom apprised me of progress a couple times during the wait. When the service was done, Tom came to the lounge waiting area to alert me and brief on the great status of the vehicle. He quickly took care of the minimal wrap up paperwork and lead me to my freshly washed car which was conveniently parked at the Service Department exit . Tom not only took great care of my car but me as well ! This was my 3rd service appointment with Crown Kia--I'm learning that I can count on being a "happy Crown Kia camper" ! More

Impressive Knowledge, Assistance, Guidance, Purchasing a KIA I strongly recommend this Dealership (Crown Kia of Dublin). My brother purchased a vehicle from Crown Kia, and while I was shopping for a KIA, and had I strongly recommend this Dealership (Crown Kia of Dublin). My brother purchased a vehicle from Crown Kia, and while I was shopping for a KIA, and had been to two dealerships looking, had extended test driven a Stinger and a pretty nice offer already. I called Crown and talked to a salesperson named Peyton Seay regarding the Stinger inquiring about options on the vehicle, along with Crowns inventory . Peyton was so helpful answering my questions, and offered to sit down with me, and investigate getting a vehicle with the options and accessories I want. This interested me very much, and I went to the dealership. I sat down with Peyton, who had accommodations on his wall from KIA for his knowledge and service. Peyton worked his way into sales from the service department. He knows the Stinger from Outside - In. He was able to dissect from me what options I wanted in my vehicle and he got me to begin looking at the model that was what I was talking about, and we continued to dissect my wish list, and concerns and he got me ahold of the most PERFECT vehicle for me in the color I wanted/needed. I really suggest and recommend if you are interested in a KIA that you get yourself to Crown Kia in Dublin, Ohio and spend some time with Peyton Seay. He is an accommodated knowledgeable salesman who can help you decide what you want, and need and get you hooked up with the vehicle you want, so you don't have to pay for items that don't interest you, and don't want or need. Peyton is the MAN to go to especially if you are interested in the Stinger. More

Thomas takes the time to explain my service to me and make sure I am satisfied. On my most recent visit, I enjoyed the feature of texting for service approval while I was waiting.
