Not happy with service My sales rep Mark Andrijowych was wonderful, the rest of th buying experience was horrible. First was treated poorly when trying to buy a new car. Th My sales rep Mark Andrijowych was wonderful, the rest of th buying experience was horrible. First was treated poorly when trying to buy a new car. The sales manager was rude. I then spoke with another manager who offered to work something out. I was text what my payments would be and after driving in and signing every document the last one had my payments $10 more a month. I would have walked out if I could. I will never purchase from them again. Also car has 2 chips and a stratch on new car. More

When I called the Service/Parts dept and left a message asking about an accessory for my new car, Jim Spillman** called me within a day with all the pertinent info -- availability, final price w/ tax, delivery time. I ordered it: no surprises in the process. (**I only know the caller as "Jim", but Jim Spillman is the only Jim listed in Parts) More
