Successful! My wife and I visited Crown Kia to check out the on-site Optima's to replace my 12-year-old car. We were greeted on the lot by Kaiwan Jackson who showed us a nice selection of Optima's. We found one we really liked, took a test drive, and began the process to purchase it.
