May 2018 visit to the service center Alex Greenland at Crown Kia of Dublin was good at listening to my minor car concerns and he was very helpful in getting the problems addressed. Alex made good suggestions should any issues reoccur! I was able to use the complimentary shuttle service and not have to wait at the service center for a long time. All and all a good experience.
