After submitting our contact information we were promptly greeted by Kadi Cika the internet manager through email. We made an appointment for the following Saturday to visit and test drive the 4 cylinder model as well as the V6 model. We arrived at the dealership about 15 minutes before our appointment and Kadi was ready and waiting for us. Kadi was very friendly and well prepared with exactly what we asked to test drive. She showed us both models and told us about them and answered all of our questions before we did our test drives. After completing our drives we sat down with Kadi to look at financing options and credit ratings. At that point we were still in research mode and not planning on buying anything just yet. Then things kind of snowballed from there. We negotiated prices and vehicle color and options. I was convinced that I wanted the black cherry V6 model and Lance was trying to locate one for us. In the end we decided that we really liked the white V6 model that we test drove. My husband did a little more negotiating with Lance and the next thing I knew, we were buying a new car! When it was time to sign the papers we were introduced to Paula. She was great work with as well. She did her job in a very thorough and time efficient manner. Since we leased our car we will be back to see them in 3 years and I can't wait to work with them all again! I would definitely recommend Crown KIA of Dublin to family and friends. More

I was given the top dollar for my trade-in and was shown the dealer invoice upon my request which matched with my printout from Edmunds on line. I have made a couple of trips back to Crown for parts (mud flaps, bug shield) and cannot be more pleased with the service and courtesy with which I was treated.
