Efficient and friendly service Had a great experience with Tom at Crown Kia. Couple weeks back, the latch to open my gas door stopped working. I was near empty and needed to fill Had a great experience with Tom at Crown Kia. Couple weeks back, the latch to open my gas door stopped working. I was near empty and needed to fill up. I called and spoke to Tom, who told me to come right over. The guys immediately helped me out without an appointment and were able to get the gas door open. They said they would order a new part and I could come back in to get it taken care of. I followed up with Tom yesterday and the part was in and he had researched to find a few recall repairs my car needed. I ran over from work at lunch and dropped my car off and by 4pm, Tom called and everything was set to go. A great over all experience with the service department! More

Fantastic Service I recently brought my sorento in for its first service at Crown Kia and it was wonderful. The entire staff was friendly and polite and had my car rea I recently brought my sorento in for its first service at Crown Kia and it was wonderful. The entire staff was friendly and polite and had my car ready for me in a very timely manner. I didn't have much time and stated that i needed to leave and they made that happen. Excellent Service My Kia Soul was scheduled for an oil change and I also had a brake light out. I was met by Alex Greenland. He was great and made me feel like family.
