Above and Beyound Alex Greenland was my service representative on April 11, 2017. The purpose of my visit was a scheduled oil change, tire rotation and various system Alex Greenland was my service representative on April 11, 2017. The purpose of my visit was a scheduled oil change, tire rotation and various system checks. These were performed in a professional and timely manner. In addition, my wife had the car in the previous day for a wash and mentioned to Alex that our I-Pass had fallen off the winshield in the Florida sun leaving glue in its place. Alex had the glue removed during my visit which greatly appreciate. Ergo, above and beyound! More

Great Service Center I recently brought my Sorento in for service at crown Kia and everything was great. Oustanding service I have been having a few problems with my Kia Sedona since purchasing it from a non kia dealership. Service manager Alex Greenland was very helpful i I have been having a few problems with my Kia Sedona since purchasing it from a non kia dealership. Service manager Alex Greenland was very helpful in fixing up my Sedona. They did have to order the parts but once the parts arrived they had it fixed in the same day and everything was covered under warranty which I didn't know whether it was covered or not being a new kia owner. Highly recommend and I will be returning for all of the service needs. More

First time visting Service Department at Crown Kia of Dublin Shaq Adams was great. This was my first to Crown Kia since relocating to Ohio last September. I told him what service I needed and he also reminded Shaq Adams was great. This was my first to Crown Kia since relocating to Ohio last September. I told him what service I needed and he also reminded me of a recall on my 2013 Sportage, something I had totally forgotten about. After the service was done, Shaq let me know about some other issues that were found. He did not try to pressure me into getting these done that day, but I did have some done and chose to return another day for the other issue. Overall, I was totally satisfied with my first visit to the Service Department at Crown Kia of Dublin and will definitely return. The wait time was reasonable and I was satisfied with the cost of the repairs. Also, I must state again that Shaq was great. Very courteous and knowledgeable. More
