Friendly service for oil change, brake, and tire check I went in for my oil change and Brittany was very friendly and helpful. I like that they offer to wash your car at the end too! My only "constructive criticism" was that when I called to make the appointment and also asked to have the car detailed, the person who took the call for the appointment was not very helpful or friendly. We are preparing for a baby so I wanted to have the car ready to put the seat in and start fresh. I just ended up saying "forget it just the oil change", because she did not seem willing to help me find a time that worked with my work schedule. That was a little disappointing. The people you deal with in the service area though are always very friendly. More

Recently with the addition of Brittany as my service rep., I would have to upgrade their service to excellent. She really went above and beyond her regular duties to make sure I was a happy customer. She checked for recalls, arranged transportation for me to pick up my vehicle and she even vacummed my filthy interior. Awesome! Great customer service from a gorgeous woman! who's willing to do the little things that make the big difference. Thanks go out to Brittany and whole service team! More

Service department I had an issue with my car one night on my way home and called kia service dept the next morning. Britaney Sturgill was able to get me in the same day I had an issue with my car one night on my way home and called kia service dept the next morning. Britaney Sturgill was able to get me in the same day, even though I didn't have a prior appointment. They fit me in and fixed my vehicle. She was great to work with and explained exactly what was wrong with my car and the steps they were taking to fix it. More
