This was the first time I have used this facility as I have used other dealerships in the Columbus area prior to coming to Crown. Crown was by far the best of the Kia dealerships I have been to. They are extremely friendly and seems like everyone is smiling. As for the service, they were fast, answered all my questions and completely everything I asked of them.
