Best Service Department Ever!!! I will never go anywhere else for service on my car ever! I walked into crown Kia of Dublin on a Friday morning because my car had been acting strange I will never go anywhere else for service on my car ever! I walked into crown Kia of Dublin on a Friday morning because my car had been acting strange and I was afraid it might break down. I had no appointment and they hadn't called ahead I simply walked in and spoke with theservice manager Alex Greenland unexplained what was happening with my car and asked if there was anything he could do. he said they had a full service schedule for the day and he didn't know how long it would take but he would have someone look at it if I didn't mind waiting a bit. not only did they look at my car and find two parts that need replaced he told me that they could fix them for me that day that it might take some time but he would get it done. some of the other dealerships I've been to are very rude and are very hard pressure when it comes to purchasing service. I absolutely hate that but Alex was not that way at all he made me feel very comforted and at ease with the service I was getting. more importantly he assured me that they were fixing my car and then I want to have problems when they were finished. it's very hard to get good service anywhere nowadays anyone will tell you that. and I think the general consensus is that service on a car is always going to be stressful because it's usually expensive and the service is always under par. crown Kia of Dublin is amazing and their staff and mechanics are friendly and knowledgeable and make you feel at ease with your service decisions. if you are in the area of crown Kia of Dublin and you need service on your car you would be making a huge mistake to go anywhere else they are by far the best service at a dealership I have ever been to and because of that I will never go anywhere else. thank you so much Alex for taking care of me and my car even with a busy service schedule for the day I appreciate it more than I could even say in a review. More
