They do not hesitate to assist and this is not the first time, I have had a great experience with this location. They even washed my car and it smelled good, once I got in it. I did not expect that. Alex recommended things that should not be added to my car, even if suggested, by a 3rd party. To assure good function of my car. Always doing Great Job! I rarely bring my kia soul at Crown Kia Service because it is opposite way to my work. But the service team is always doing great job. Last time the technician broken my driver side door sun visor that had already cracked. They order new set of sun visor (4 pieces) and installed for me without any charge of money. Warranty work I had a very professional and friendly experience with some major warranty work that was required on my 2014 KIA Optima. He was very responsive to my questions and concerns. Additionally, he was always taking the initiative to call me and give me an update on the status of my service. I am gratefully that I did not have to contact him or wait on a call. Additionally, I worked with a Mr. Richard Snyder with some follow up and routine service work after the warranty work. Again I was treated very well and kept informed. I appreciate a dealership that takes care of its customers, especially after the sale. I also appreciate that each took the time to educate me on the process and the mechanical issues (especially since I am mechanically challenged.
