Top Notch I called multiple Kia dealers throughout Central Ohio due to any ongoing issue with my car. The front end was making a very annoying sound and no one could seem to figure out the issue. I was at my wits end and very annoyed with every other dealer that I contacted. It seemed that I was pushed to the back burner and they would try to give me an appointment two weeks out, which does not work with a busy mom like me. I finally called Matt Taylor Kia and spoke with Todd, who got me right in. Within a day, Todd and his crew diagnosed the problem and promptly explained it to me, and within two days my car was fixed (It was only two days, because I had to discuss the course of action with my husband). Bottom-line, if you are in the market for a Kia or are just looking for good, honest people to repair your car, search no further. Todd Fox was kind, caring, and most of all; he was honest, which is something that you don't come across too often in this world. I would 100% without a doubt recommend Matt Taylor Kia, because it is clearly evident that they take pride in their work. More

Great service experience. Had an issue with a lit check engine light and rpm's jumping around on my 2016 Kia Optima LX. I was greeted by Heather in the service department who within minutes had my vehicle's info printed out and had tentatively diagnosed the issue and explained the repair process. I was scheduled for the repair within 15 minutes of arrival. When I dropped off the vehicle for repair, Heather offered for someone to drive me home if I did not have anyone to pick me up as the repair would take about two hours. Vehicle was repaired within two hours as stated. What stood out to me was not only how hospitable Heather was, but her knowledge of exactly what the issue was from just hearing my description of the issue. She went above and beyond my expectations. Impressive This is the 4th time I've taken a vehicle to Matt Taylor Kia in Lancaster and each time, I'm more impressed than the time before. The first 2 times i This is the 4th time I've taken a vehicle to Matt Taylor Kia in Lancaster and each time, I'm more impressed than the time before. The first 2 times it was to have the oil changed on my sons Kia Forte I purchased for Matt Taylor Kia in Lancaster. The 3rd visit was to have the oil changed in my SUV. Mind you, I have a lifetime warranty through the dealership I purchased my SUV and thought I had to have it serviced there or my lifetime warranty would be void. I'd mentioned I wish I could bring my car to Matt Taylor Kia to have my oil changed so I didn't have to go to two different dealerships. The Kia Service Dept was so helpful. They explained I could, I'd just have to call the the Lifetime Warranty folks, explain what I'd like and they'd supply me w/a reference number to provide the Service Dept at Matt Taylor. They even looked up the phone number for the Lifetime Warranty folks for me. I called and took my SUV to Matt Taylor Kia and was so excited to find my oil change on my Cadillac SRX was less than half the cost of what I've been paying at the dealership where I purchased the SUV. This recent visit was to have my headlight replaced. They were able to get me in immediately and I wasn't expecting them to wash my SUV. Not only that, b/c I still have my bike rack on the back, they hand-washed my SUV. Once again, SO IMPRESSED!!! THIS IS SERVICE!!! More

Todd Fox is the best! As always, Todd Fox went above & beyond. We brought our Honda Civic to Todd simply because of his dedication to great customer service. Thought we were looking at a complete brake job - but Todd discovered there was a small stone in the brakes and no repair needed - $28 service fee. Great saving money! I always trust Todd to give me the straight info - not perform service that isn't needed. More
