I’m not impressed by the lack of customer service and knowledge from the get go. Starting at the Finance department, I experienced lack of completeness in paperwork the first time, resulting with issues knowledge from the get go. Starting at the Finance department, I experienced lack of completeness in paperwork the first time, resulting with issues with my service contract, which after 2 years has yet to be corrected! I asked the FI lady to update my service contract in the computer for the Service department after pulling up my original paperwork clearly stating what I had signed for. I have to continue to show an email I had with the GM to get the number of oil changes “purchased” in my contract since they clearly can’t do. Although she has time to walk around chatting in everyone’s office, but can’t do her job. The second time purchasing a vehicle experiencing the other FI lady, horrible. Only waiting for her to arrive to work to process our paperwork to getting upset because we chose not any of her “deals” she was offering this time around. Service manager and personnel has changed since I was in last fall. Had to go through the entire situation again with him and show my emails with the GM of how many oil changes I was to get. His explanation that my service contract is that he can go in and make notes on their side, which he had my information pulled up on his computer, but never put it in. He expressed the other service lady could put the notes in,which yet again didn’t happen. God forbid someone actually care about the customer and take 5 minutes to update notes in my account so I don’t have to go through this each service appointment. My husband has had his first oil change, only to get home and have the oil indicator light come on because they forgot to reset it. Wanted him to drive the 50 minutes back to the dealership so they could do it….uhhh no! So done with this dealership and would NEVER recommend them to anyone! More
