Chris exerted no pressure to make a decision that day and told me to come back when I was ready. While re-looking at their inventory I found another vehicle that matched everything I was looking for including color and interior. Chris was off the next day but he arranged for me to meet with Alan Harwell. Alan had the vehicle I wanted ready for me to look at and test drive. I committed to a deal with pickup the next day. Chris finished the transaction and demonstrated all the bells & whistles to me. Brian Peck was also great in the finance department. I can't be happier with the vehicle and the whole experience. Great sense of humor and made the financial paperwork a breeze. Both very nice people to deal with so I would suggest you ask for them. Coulter in Tempe is where my husband purchased his GMC truck, we came back and were not disappointed. I wanted to go to a dealership close to home, it is an added bonus that they are wonderful to work with. More

As it turned out, the others were coming off rental duty, and were not as fully featured as our 2014 SRX. The proicess was simple and not pressured. Made for an enjoyable experience for both my wife and I. John had the vehicle set up with our Onstar and Serius Radio so the delivery process went smoothly. He also sent some video feeds to explain some other features for our reference going forward. Brian worke hard to get us the best finance rate possible, making our payment less that the advertised interest rate available. All-in-all a very pleasant experience. More
