Kelly O'Hara was our sales associate and he was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. He was willing to entertain my desire to test drive MANY vehicles and answer my many questions. Brad in Finance was also helpful and informative, and worked to find a bank/loan that would finance us with the price/rate that we wanted. They also gave me more for my trade-in that other dealerships I had been to prior to going to Coulter Tempe. This is a great dealership and I would definitely return if I ever bought another vehicle again. Everyone was friendly and professional, not pushy, and mostly just wanted to work with us to get me what I wanted in the price range I was comfortable with.
