Bill was so helpful answers all questions we asked. Had a great test drive. Sat again will Randy and Bill to go over pricing, etc. We were interest every much with the Encore, color red. they did not have a red Encore in the dealership. They were able to locate one at an other dealer. Came back the next day and finalized the purchase of the Red Encore. Before we were able to leave with our new car, Bill spent at least 45 minutes or longer to review every thing about the workings of the Encore, Set up On-Star, connected both phones to Blue Tooth, explained Radio, AC,Tilt Wheel,etc, walking around the cat with us. Experience was very helpful, leaving dealership with a comfortable feeling with your new car. Both Randy and Bill showed themselves Honest, will let anyone know where to purchase their next Buick.
