Tony Shaw introduced himself and offered to show us any and all cars we might have an interest in. I had already decided on the car we ended up buying, but my wife wanted to see others. Tony went above and beyond showing us different vehicles. I bought the 2012 GMC Terrain we first looked at. Coming to a price was done in very straightforward, professional manner. Management and Tony bent over backwards for us. We got the car at a great price, and made a couple of new friends. I would recommend Coulter to any and all. Ask for Tony Shaw. And, the coffee is outstanding. We then got handed off to Brad Burmeister to do all the paper work. Fast easy and efficient. A pleasure to do business with and I got the extended warranty that I wanted. Again, at a reasonable price. The only improvement I could recommend is that they put in a wet bar.
