We finally got tired or getting the run around and decided to try Coulter (also on the USAA Car Buying Service). I made a phone call to Dan Boardman and within 15 minutes he provided me with the information that I requested. We met with Dan an hour later and closed on the car within an hours of my initial call to Coulter and at a much lower cost than the original dealership quoted.
