In many ways, the evolution of the Coulter Automotive Group is the story of the growth and prosperity of the Greater Phoenix area. Four years after the Grand Canyon National Park was founded, C.W. Coulter became a partner in Snow and Tufts, an Oldsmobile/LaSalle dealership located at 320 N. Central Ave. in Phoenix. By 1926, slightly more than a decade after the Arizona Territory became a state, the dealership was renamed Coulter Motor Company, forming the rock on which our reputation was founded.

My salesman John Skoko quoted me a price on a 2011 SRX which was only a few dollars over the "Friends & Suppliers" price I finally received. No pressure to buy. Salesman even drove 45 minutes to my house to explain all the car's electronics to my wife. Shop Foreman Scott Baldassini went above and beyond to find and fix the problem of my wife's cell phone not conecting with Bluetooth. The entire sales process was hassle free with no pressure to buy anything I didn't want or need. This was the first stress free car buying experience I have ever had. More

This dealership by far the best dealership we have ever purchased from or had cars serviced with. We have had 4 cars serviced and 2 new cars purchased and more new cars to come. The employees at this deale purchased from or had cars serviced with. We have had 4 cars serviced and 2 new cars purchased and more new cars to come. The employees at this dealership are the friendliest and honest people I have ever dealt with and even after contracts are signed, the customer service remains just as good. The service department is the best we have ever dealt with. We have purchased other cars in the past at other dealerships but still went to Coulter to have our warranty work done and remained with them after warrenty had expired. They can be trusted and are willing to work with customers and meet their wishes and are not afraid to bend over backwards to accomadate the customers. I highly recommend Coulter for purchasing or servicing a car. Coulter is only 1 of a handful of dealerships in Arizona that you wont find negative blogs or webstes that denote a negative tone about a dealership. Nice job Coulter! More

I handled the whole purchase over the internet. My sales person was very professional and answered all my questions. The vehicle I chose a 2008 GMC Yukon Denali was exactly what I wanted. All the paperwork and the vehicle were ready when I arrived at the dealership. My salesperson took a lot of time to make sure I was comfortable with the dealership and all of the features on my new vehicle. I will recommend all my friends to Coulter GMC. Since my purchase I have been to the dealership twice to have normal service done. They are very friendly and helpful. They clean my new Denali before they return it to me. Excellent service. More
