In many ways, the evolution of the Coulter Automotive Group is the story of the growth and prosperity of the Greater Phoenix area. Four years after the Grand Canyon National Park was founded, C.W. Coulter became a partner in Snow and Tufts, an Oldsmobile/LaSalle dealership located at 320 N. Central Ave. in Phoenix. By 1926, slightly more than a decade after the Arizona Territory became a state, the dealership was renamed Coulter Motor Company, forming the rock on which our reputation was founded.

Poor service I have a 2015 Yukon Dinali that has had multiple problems. My customer service rep, Mark Turner, was not helpful and when he found that we called GMC I have a 2015 Yukon Dinali that has had multiple problems. My customer service rep, Mark Turner, was not helpful and when he found that we called GMC regarding the vehicle he actually seemed offended that he had to do more work for our vehicle. We ended up declining the service, and the receipt does not reflect all the work that he told us needed to be completed. Once we purchased our vehicle from this company, they have not provided us with service that is acceptable. I do not recommend utilizing this company. More

Good Sales person, bad Closing with finance My Sale went fine with sales & my Salesman was great, but then I was kept waiting for 2 or more hours to sign all the papers. I cannot understand why My Sale went fine with sales & my Salesman was great, but then I was kept waiting for 2 or more hours to sign all the papers. I cannot understand why there is only one person that can do the signing. Seems to me You could have Several people to generate the papers & have the finance manager approve them & have sales or others to do the signing and have the manager verify & approve.. This was the second car I bought from Coulter & the second time I have had to wait 2 or more hours to sign & finish. Why?????? More
