After searching the entire country for the exact color combi I traveled 675 miles from central CA to purchase my new Cadillac XTS from Coulter Tempe. After searching the entire country for the exact color combination and factory options I was interested in, Coulter Tempe was the only dealership with a perfect match. I emailed the dealership to find out more details about the vehicle and was soon contacted by Derrick Irions. After conversing with Derrick, I knew this vehicle was meant for me and Coulter Tempe was the dealership I wanted to do business with. My wife and I decided to fly out to the dealership prepared to purchase the vehicle and drive it home if all went well but equally prepared to fly back home if there was anything we did not like about the car or the dealerships practices and/or staff. I must say that from the time we left home to the time we drove the vehicle off their lot, everyone we dealt with and our purchase experience was nothing but professional, friendly, painless and first class!
