Mrs Clowes. My name is Terry Lee, I am the General Manager at Coulter Nissan. I'd like to apologize for someone not responding to your questions about our ability to obtain financing for your family. I don't think any of our people were trying outwardly to deceive or withhold information from you. Quite simply we don't have anything positive to report back from lenders yet. Looking for a positive side to this, we also don't have negatives, credit declines either.I can tell you the likelyhood of getting the deal approved on the 350 Z are not good. There are real credit issues we have to overcome to get an approval on this loan and the Z car is probably the wrong car to get that approval. Our finance dept has made this a top priority and I'm watching their progress to see if we can find away to go with this. Again my apology, we should have said at the time you were in the store that getting this done would be difficult and might take a little time and we certainly should have kept you better abreast of what was going on. We'll do better with our communications going forward.
