At Coulter Nissan we like to think we participate actively and aggressively in the DealerRater.com Certified Dealer Program. We believe it's a needed forum for consumers to be able to voice both their concerns and their positive experiences with our dealership. That being said let me get to the heart of your concern. Just recently we were forced to raise our online pricing on some of our new Nissan vehicles sue to serious inventory shortages caused by the March 11th Tsunami that reaked havoc on Japan. The inventory shortages are not imagined they are most certainly real and will probably continue for a few months until all the plants are again running at full production, and can begin to fill the gaps in dealers inventory. Our on line pricing was extremely aggressive and even after the price increase it was still priced well below suggested MSRP. Unfortunately your online shopping with our store occured at the same time we had raised our online pricing on the model you were interested in. It sounds like you came into the market right on the cusp of the online price change. That being the case we will extend the sale price that you saw online if you are still interested in the vehicle. That sale price as all of our online prices will have no additional dealer adds but does not include sales tax, license and registration and doc fee. We apologize for any confusion or anxiety this has caused you and sincerely hope you take advantage of the offer, it really is a great price, but you already know that. For the record, Mr. DeJesus came to me with your concern and asked for permission to sell it to you at the old price, which he believed you should be entitled to.
