Pretty easy experience and they gave us a decent price. It was so nice that they cleaned the car before we left and they also filled the tank! I left off the fifth star because I didn't want the "ETCH" thi It was so nice that they cleaned the car before we left and they also filled the tank! I left off the fifth star because I didn't want the "ETCH" thing, but they said they'd already done it. However, they still made US pay over $300 for it. That didn't make me happy. Otherwise, it was a really good experience. Bert was very likeable and a good conversationalist, without being too much so. As was Kevin, who went through all the paperwork quickly and smoothly. More

More than satisfied. I’m a foreigner here so all of this is very new for me, nonetheless dealing with this people was really pleasant especially considering the fact I’m I’m a foreigner here so all of this is very new for me, nonetheless dealing with this people was really pleasant especially considering the fact I’m in another city. They delivered for free and prepared all necessary documentation without any delays. Car was undamaged, a little dirty though but is not important. Also, they filled all necessary liquids including full tank of gas which is not something they actually supposed to do. That was surprisingly nice of them. They didn’t make any discounts from MSRP price, but also didn’t rise them as other people do according to market value, which is also very nice. Definitely I’m going to deal with them again! More
