Carl Gronland is a treasure. He had so many suggestions about how to make my downsizing work, when my larger car (which I was not planning on replacing yet) was already packed full for a cross-country trip about how to make my downsizing work, when my larger car (which I was not planning on replacing yet) was already packed full for a cross-country trip. He helped me figure out how to get everything in and on the new car by going with me and looking at cargo options, letting me know how he could help me make it work--including providing a rack from a recent trade-in, without which it all could never have happened. He also helped me repack my new, smaller car AND loaded and tied down the on-top luggage carrier. Believe me, I would NEVER have bought the car without all of his efforts--it simply would have been too daunting. He followed through with everything he said he'd help with and patiently walked me through all of the new bells and whistles on the new car.
