Country Diesels responded

I understand this customers frustration. However, completing DMV work is a team effort. We are not a dmv and as a service to doing business with us we will process out of state dmv work for customers. We are not required to do so, but realize this is a huge relief for customers to not deal with this on their own. Unfortunately, DMV requirements are different for every state and policies change regularly and some circumstances are unique that require extra documents that we may not know at the time of sale and require the customer to provide after the sale is completed. In this case the customer did not provide proper insurance documents that were acceptable for the state of Texas. After receiving three different insurance cards and two rejections by Texas DMV, we processed a non negotiable title and recorded the lien within the limits required by the lienholder. We did send documents after the sale to correct that were requested by TX dmv. This comes up often with out state work. But in the end without the proper insurance docs we could not proceed any further. The customer was fully refunded the Texas taxes and dmv fees we collected at time of sale and provided the documents needed to complete their Texas dmv work on their own.
