First off, I want to say the dealership was very clean and everyone was very nice. No one was being pushy or in a hurry with me. My salesmen, Patrick, was very respectful and honest with me and made s and everyone was very nice. No one was being pushy or in a hurry with me. My salesmen, Patrick, was very respectful and honest with me and made sure that I was taken care of to the best of his ability. We had the deal done within a couple of hours. The truck that I bought was damaged during transportation. He made sure that it was going to get fixed. The truck was being fixed the following week and Patrick was making sure that I was informed and kept up to date with any progress. Once I received the truck, I did notice that the tires were not good on the truck. There were rips and tears in them. I brought the truck back to the dealership and shows Patrick the photos of the tires. He agreed that the tires were ripped and torn. He went to management and they basically said, the truck passed inspection so they are good. No one wanted to come out and look at the tires in question. Patrick took money out his own pocket and helped me pay for new ones. He didn’t need to do that! That was above and beyond what I feel was needed from him. I scheduled an appointment to get 4 new tires with my own money (Patrick’s help as well) for the following week. I got my new tires put on the truck, this took a total of three hours. I am very happy with the truck I have purchased and with Patrick at the dealership. He got a 5 star review from me on google. The dealership management is another story. I gave them two stars for the the way they refused to replace the tires, and even come out and see the tires that were in question. Very poor on their part to help rectify the situation, the salesman had to help me. More
