We would also like to add that while there was a mistake with the VIN number on the original paperwork this was corrected the next day and so we did not sell you the wrong car, you were delivered the vehicle you saw at our dealership and which you picked. We also put $25 worth of gas in the car before delivering it to your home, but since we had to drive it there that explains the less than full tank of gas.

Never again responded

The car was to be delivered with a "full tank" of gas as negotiated/agreed upon and called out in our sales paperwork. It had less than a quarter tank when delivered. I told this to the person who delivered the car and they said to take it up with the dealership, that they do this all the time to customers. The vin number error on our sales documents was picked up by me the customer 3 days after the sale of the vehicle. I noticed this after investing a great deal of time in getting auto insurance comps/quotes. If I didn't notice it, I would have had a loan and insurance on a car I didn't own and was not driving. I could have lost everything if an accident occurred. Then got a title for a car that was not mine. Additionally, because of this vin number error, a sales person saw our cars vin as still active in the system and almost sold it. The car also had damage that was never addressed, nor did we get any of our certification/sales/loan paperwork upon delivery of the vehicle a week later. It was all held back for some unknown reason. We were provided with no documentation that we purchased the car and that it was certified upon delivery. The car was to be certified used when we came up to view it. Not done later with no documentation provided to use at the time of delivery. Additionally, we were not given a car fax when we looked at the vehicle and were assured by the dealership that the vehicle was never in an accident. After a month of asking for the carfax, it clearly showed it was in an accident. Plus, I never mentioned that we came up to see a car that we were told had no damage and when we drove an hour to see it. The car looked like it was in an accident with misaligned panels, scratches on every panel damage to dash and so on. Total bait and switch with zero customer service. I strongly recommend not to buy from this chain of dealerships.
