Mike Merz the mechanic came out and personally walked me through the process of what was done. He walked me through what was happening and the detail was incredible. This is the first time I have ever dealt with a dealer for service, based on usually having friends who can fix anything, however with the time and concern Courtesy GMC Service Department showed me, I will be using them for many years to come. Oil Change I went in for my oil change but I also had a concern regarding my brakes.
