Had oil change done on my 2014 Camaro SS. I was very happy with Katrina. She was very nice. I went home with no complaints. Later in the day I turned car on and the light to engine oil low came on. The person I spoke with insured me everything was ok just to reset button. I asked her if maybe they guy forgot to put oil. She said if I was only there for oil change not to worry. Again she said just reset button. Now my car is 2014 but I take care of my car. So I did reset button like 5x. Wouldn’t turn off. Dove down the street and still light didn’t turn off. Called again this time spoke with a male. He said we close at 5pm and it would have to wait till Monday. I asked him will it ok to drive? He said as long as it’s not making noise it should be fine. I told him I don’t think it has oil but he said it would be fine. Then he called a few minutes later and said don’t drive it till I check oil. I had plans that day that I had to cancel. When my son got home I asked him to check for me. My Camaro had no oil. He had to go buy oil and do it himself. I was very upset. I understand that we all make mistakes. But this could’ve been fixed the first time I called. And to not even get a call this morning to make sure that car was ok. That made it even worse. Where I work we go above and beyond to make sure our customers are happy. I’m guessing not everyone cares. I work for a very big company and people do get oil changes. We always go to places that people recommend. As of today I will not go or recommend anyone to go to Courtesy Chevrolet. 2014 Camaro 50,000 miles More
