Used car purchase Sergio went out of his way to show me each car I was interested in. He even took me back to the detail shop to see a car, which ended up being the one Sergio went out of his way to show me each car I was interested in. He even took me back to the detail shop to see a car, which ended up being the one I purchased. I can't remember the name of the other employee that showed up to "help" Sergio, but these will be my only complaints. I was "offered" 3 optional services or addons, Tinted windows, door edge / headlight protection package and Lifetime nitrogen for the tires. These totaled hundreds of dollars. I decided on the Lifetime Nitrogen for 99.00. Stupid mistake, I have my cars serviced at the dealer, it would have been free anyway. And last, after turning down the optional window tinting, I realized the windows were already tinted when they received it as a trade in from the previous owner. Trying to sell me and "addon" that was already on the car, really? I'm in no way saying the overall experience wasn't great, Sergio was great to work with and Finance was fast and easy, but as a repeat customer buying cars and having all of our cars serviced there, I shouldn't have to watch my back. If that was my first and only experience, it would have been my last. Sergio and the other good people I have dealt with over the past couple of years, are the reason I will continue to do business with Courtesy Chevrolet. More
