very disappointing and I expected much more. Had my car in for first visit and multi-point inspection with an oil change. Tech forgot to reset oil change index, so I soon received notifications Had my car in for first visit and multi-point inspection with an oil change. Tech forgot to reset oil change index, so I soon received notifications that my oil change was overdue. I learned a simple fix, but I would expect that a facility that prides itself with good service would have some quality control measures. My visit also revealed a deffective garage door transmitter. Part was ordered and at my scheduled re-visit I was informed that the part had been returned. Wouldn't it have been simple to check the parts stock before scheduling my appointment. Needless to say, I won't be returning to " Low-Quality Chevrolet". More
