Ac repair Brought our car in to get the ac fixed and figured it would be expensive but knew it had warranty and we’d have to pay the deductible. Thankfully, Tyl Brought our car in to get the ac fixed and figured it would be expensive but knew it had warranty and we’d have to pay the deductible. Thankfully, Tyler, looked into our account and was able to find a coverage we had and didn’t know and we didn’t owe anything and now our ac works great. Also were given a rental and they accommodated to our needs at enterprise since courtesy was busy and out of loaner vehicles. Great experience overall. More

A mixed review In Progress but am marking Yes for recommend because they want to make it right. So I purchased a 2018 Colorado. I'm still in the process of getting resolution on the Defrost Fan which at cold because they want to make it right. So I purchased a 2018 Colorado. I'm still in the process of getting resolution on the Defrost Fan which at cold start has an exorbitant delay. I took the vehicle off the lot with a low windshield washer sump alarm and didn't think much about it. Saad turned it over to me in that condition after filling the tank. I was 6PM til all the paperwork was complete and I didn't think to much about it. It's a new car after all. Taking it off the lot I had issues with the door sensors telling me there was a door open. It requires a little more slamming than I like and during the course of the week I'd found running over a speed bump set that alert off as well without indicating a door. Should be a simple adjustment of sensors and latches so no worries. Thursday morning woke for work at 4:30 and had issues with 25 second delay of defrost going to high due to heavy dew. Same issue on Friday to which I tried to address over the phone to Lisa at the call center who was trying to set up a due bill for me (car mats and a duraliner). Called service Friday morning to talk to Rafael about addressing the issue as well. Arrived Friday evening and talked to him and no action was taken or logging of the issue. The biggest issue was trying to get my issues logged by someone on the phone so I wouldn't have to keep repeating the issues. I met Tyler Friday night and he was eager to take care of me. Saturday morning I took it out to Fiesta Island and on the way back (about 30 minutes of driving) I had a flat tire alarm go off. No flat tire was found but it was determined that perhaps the pre-checklist was probably NOT completed before handing the vehicle off to me. (based on the windshield washer sump alarm, all tires showing 28 PSI air (35 recommended) and an oil issue I'll later discuss). Tyler put it up on the rack to check the tires and fill the Windshield washer sump. He told me to bring it in Monday, he would be in Tuesday to take care of me and also called Lisa to make an appointment for me as well as a service appointment Monday. Saturday has a skeleton crew and not enough people to handle it then. On Saturday after taking it home, I did a basic check and found the oil sump was perhaps a quart down (middle of the cross pattern on dipstick). I took the vehicle in on Monday and talked to Rafael who listed all my issues (including the oil level). The vehicle had 26 miles on it when I bought it. Carmen set me up with a loan vehicle while they took care of the issues and when I came out it was a red Silverado. I should have said something before I went to the restroom about a red vehicle but I didn't. Rafael was doing the walkthrough and I was uncomfortable with a red vehicle and told him so. He said they had no others. I told him to keep the vehicle and was ready to leave and get an Uber when Carmen approached me and found me another loaner vehicle. I came back Monday evening to check the progress and Rafael was unable to get to it. I'm learning very quickly which service people I want to work with and it shouldn't be that way. I drove back down on Tuesday morning with a misunderstanding that I could return the vehicle in 7 days if I was unhappy ... and after not having it gotten to and was found parked with cars around it, chances were it wasn't going to be looked at any time soon. The defrost delay was a show stopper for me and NO way can I have found that when dealership is open at 7am. I was told by the manager that all the Chevy Colorado and Silverado's have this delay. I find this a safety issue if this is an acceptable practice to release vehicles with his flaw. I live in San Diego. I travel ALOT and have not seen this issue in the vehicle's I've rented including Ford F150 and 250's in freezing temps. This is largely why I have been trying to be pro-active about sorting these items out. There has been a lot to be unhappy about with regards to some in service while others have been great as mentioned above. Tyler today (Tuesday) went out of his way to walk me through a process when his manager was on his xxx about training. That guy sincerely deserves a RAISE for the exceptional PERSONAL and PROFESSIONAL service he has thus exhibited and in a timely manner. (He kept his cool in front of his boss as well. I thanked his boss for allowing him the time to walk this through with me). I've been driving from Rancho Bernardo just about every day to try to take care of these issues. Tyler and Carmen were the only ones in service to listen to me. I'll wait and see what comes of this or if I'm really going to be treated as once of the Chevy family. This is my first Chevy. More
