The dealership was backed up when my car needed service so I had to leave it for a few days and Larry stayed in touch and got the job done right the first time. He was upfront on the possible costs and nothing was billed unexpected. The dealership was charging $150 an hour at the time of this review and that adds up real quick, so that is why I gave it a two star review on the price. But that has no bearing on the excellent quality service I received. More

No loaners available My vehicle was brought for service, replaced the defective tint and the AC Evap that was malfunctioning. AC was in back order which lead for the vehic My vehicle was brought for service, replaced the defective tint and the AC Evap that was malfunctioning. AC was in back order which lead for the vehicle to stay there almost a week. There were NO loaners available to me through the entire time it was there. They offered a vehicle from Enterprise for which they covered the rental price. However, we had to pay out of pocket almost $190.00 for additional insurance coverage since the regular policy doesn't cover "Loss of use" fees in case of an accident. The issue is that I should of be given a loaner instead of me having to pay out of pocket almost $200 dlls for the rental car. Andy, the service gentleman in charge kept me up to date. Although multiple calls for a replacement car, apparently during a whole week none were made available to me. More

I been to a lot of dealerships in my life and always felt uncomfortable at some point trying to purchase a car, but when I tell you on August 18, 2018 I been to a lot of dealerships in my life and always felt uncomfortable at some point trying to purchase a car, but when I tell you on August 18, 2018 when me and hubby walk into courtesy Chevrolet and meet Mr. Joe David Piza one of the best salesman they have there treated me and my husband with respect, gave us the best advice, made us comfortable to be there and made sure we was informed of everything he did to make our purchase satisfying in which we was and very very very happy with it. Joe Piza are good at what he do. He did a good job (hell he did better than good) we are soooooooo happy with our brand new car I love it and are soooooo happy. Thank you Joe Piza thank you for a job well done and this is our third purchase from coustery Chevrolet and a blessing this time around. I'm let everyone know to stop by and meet Joe David Piza.
