I went to Courtesy Chevy for a problem with my 2004 Avalanche's steering system. I walked in and described the noise my truck was making to Andy and immediately had an idea of the problem. He pulled Avalanche's steering system. I walked in and described the noise my truck was making to Andy and immediately had an idea of the problem. He pulled my truck under the awning by the service office and said he would have someone on it shortly. Within 1 1/2 hours my truck was fixed and ready for me. I walked in without and appointment and completely expected to wait several hours. Andy was very helpful and pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend this service/dealership to anyone. I will be going back for all my Chevy truck issues. More
