I am fortunate enough at this time in my life to be picky in the vehicle that I desire and I suspect that I do indeed offer them a challenge. Not only have they been able to locate the car of my choice they are always ready to deliver the vehicle of my choice in a reasonable length of time. My previous vehicle was only available in Riverside, California and required pick up; my salesman himself fulfilled that chore in twenty-four hours and had the car in perfect condition for my pick up. I would be remiss if I did not include the post-sale care. I always have received a telephone and/or a letter to be sure that I have no difficulties, questions, or any other concerns with my new vehicle. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Courtesy Chevrolet, I have always been treated with the utmost of courtesy and friendliness. They always have my previous purchase information available which eliminates a lot of work. The salesmen that I have worked with are enthusiastic without pressure, which I cosider very important as well. I also prefer to do business where I have a service department that is reliable and delivers excellent service when I require it. Everyone from the lowest to the highest staff member (from the shuttle driver to the cashier to the general manager)is always friendly and respectful. More
